Project Manager

Job Scope

• Oversee and manage multiple architectural projects simultaneously.

• Collaborate with design teams, clients, and contractors to bring visions to life.

• Create project timelines and monitor progress at every stage.

• Ensure all work complies with local regulations and building codes.

• Identify risks and develop solutions to keep projects on track.

• Deliver presentations and regular updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in project management within architecture.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera).

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

• Knowledge of sustainability practices and green building standards would be beneficial.
